AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8352 FOR THE PURPOSE ONLY
OF CHANGING THE DATES OF PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENTS OF STREET IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT N0. 582.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8352 provided, among other things,
that 6 2/3% of the assessment of the value of each of said blocks,
and parcels of land in Street Improvement Distr 4t loo .5$1 11-
shall be paid on or before the 1st day of October* 1950p and 6 2/
of said assessment shall be paid thereafter annually on or before
the lst day of October of each year until the whole of said local
assessment shall be paid; and
WHEREAS, the dates of payment of said assessments do not
comply with Act 195 of the Acts of the State of Arkansas for 1949.
T HEREF ORE , BE IT NOW ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That 6 2/3% of the assessment of the value
said blocks`; ,'lots sad parcels of land°
as heretofore assessed by this Council, and as the same may be an-
nually adjusted by the Board of Assessors shall be collected by the
County Collector with the first installment of the general taxes
becoming due in 1951 and 6 2/3% annually thereafter with the first
installment of general taxes until the whole of said local assess•
ment shall be paid. Said Ordinance No. 8352 shall otherwise be un«

SECTION 2, That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
