SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
to let a contract and lease for the operation of the
amusement area and the concession of the Gillam Park.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and /or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
