SECTIOF 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
materials for the general repair of the City Hall. The cost
of such materials shall not exceed the sum of 4;1,000.00.
SECTIOU 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect froi-1 and after its passage
and approval.
