fore classified and zoned as "C" Two- Fanily District under the terms of
Zonin',, Ordinance o. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereb,-- declared to be in 11,7" Corlriercial District under the terms of said
Zoning; Ordinance, and a waiver of front and side J -ard s,)ace requirements
