BE IT ORDALFED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 10 That the rear yard requirements on`Lots
10, 11 and 12, Block 7, H llcrest Addition to the City of Litter t
Rock, Arkansas; being they'Nortft**W corner of Hillcrest and
Spruce Streets, are here by waived to permit the construction

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning map
