AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $169.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO BE PAID TO ELLA WEST FOR TRANS -
CRIBING 'TESTIMONY AND PREPARING TRANSCRIPT IN CIVIL
SERVICE HEARING, AND FOR OTBER PURPOSES.
BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCILCF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Gen-
oral Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $169.00
to be paid to Ella West for transcribing testimony and pre-
paring transcript in the hearing of Irving Newcomb before
the Civil Service Commission.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby w th-
orized and directed to execute the instruments necessary
to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
. age and approval,
