AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN SECTION Is
AWWDING ORM NANCE NO. 5420 AS ANENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAESASs
SECTION 1. That property described as follows
In Section 12,-Township 1 North, Range 12 West:

S* of the S]* lying south and west of
C.R.I. & P. R.R. Co. Factoria Spur track.
In Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 12 West:

The of the north of Roosevelt Road;
The * of the S* of the W4 and the
SFr, of the NWT' lying north of the levee of
the Little Rock Pulaski Drainage District #2,
being at the Foot of East Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified and
zoned as "D" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be is "g" Heavy Industrial District under the terms of
said Zeniag Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Nap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the property described in Section 1, as
outlined in Section I hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "K" Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force fro8 and after its passage.
