AN ORIS NANCE RECIASSIFYING AND WAIVING SIDE YARD SPACE REQUIRE10M ON
THE NORTH 601 OF LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK 199 GARLAND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, ANENDIIaG ORDINANCE NO. 51420 AS AMMDED, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED lid[ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,, ARKWSAS:
"
SECTION 1. That the North 601 of Lot 1 and 2, Block 19, Garland
-Aft3en to the City of Little Mkoneasp being 501 -Porker -atiroub a� 1
heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two- Family District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 54209 is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" CcmaAercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a valver of side yard space re-
quirements is hereby granted.
SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the North 601 of Lot 1 and 2, Block 19,
Garland Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in "F" Coamercial District and with side yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
