AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING REAR YARD SPACE REQUIRENESTS
ON LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 7, THALEzIMIS SUB OF M ENDALS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
ES IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 9 and 10, Block 7, Thalheimer's Sub of Glendale
Addition to the City of Little Nock, Arkansas, being "12 -16 West WarkbM
Street, heretofore classified and $Rued as 020 Residence District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No, 51+20s, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in *D• Apartment District under the

terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of rear yard space require-
ments is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended is permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lots 9 and 10, Block 7, Thalheimer's Sub
of Glendale Addition to the City of Little Reek, Arkansas, as outlined

1 in Section 1 hereof;.said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in a'Da Apartment District and with rear yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
