AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 19, BLOCS 6, RIFFLE & HOLDERls 2ND
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 51,20 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK,ARRAWAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 19, Block 6, Riffle & Iolderts 2nd Addition
m : to tbo City of Little Reek, Arkmsas, tieing 4510 West 29th Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as *3" Residence District under the
terns of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the was is hereby declared to be in *C* Taro- Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51,20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 19, Block 6, Riffle &
Holder's 2nd Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
3,. as being in the 000 Two- Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
