AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 3, BLOCK 249 BRADDOCK'S BLVD. ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANGAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
�t AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. That Lot 3, Block 24, Braddock's Blvd. Addition
to the City of Little Rocky A,riqupt being 2807 Sigh Street, hereto -
fore classified and zoned as 02e Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in •C" Two - Family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot 3, Block 24, Braddock's
Blvd. Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the •C" Two-Family District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
