A V1IDTH OF 28 FEET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
A .SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 3939 is hereby amended to permit"
the paving of Pine Street between 8th and 12th Streets at a width
of 28 feet.
SECTION 2. All ordinancesand parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance' shall to
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
