ORDINANCE NO. 8463 •
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZIYG AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND URCHASE NEW
BADGES FOR ThE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND NEW OVERCOATS FOR
PATROU -TEN OF THE POLICE DEPT. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF I'HE' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
` SECTION l.A The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized and directed to ,ad3ertise, take bids f , and purchase
new badges for j�he Poli-'"I, Department o City of Little
Rock. The cost ybf suc i k�adges shall not F,ceed the sum of
$1$000.00.

SECTION 2. �nThe BoIof Public Affai s is hereby auth-
orized and directed to adv'ortise, take bid for, and purchase
overcoats for the- Patrolmen of the Police Department. The
cost of such ove"pcoats shall not exceed the sum of $3,450.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinancea and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
