AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND AECUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE CER`1'AIN ITEMS FOR VARIOUS DEPART -
MENTS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase the following
items for use of the various departments for a period of three months
beginning October 1$, 1950:
