AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE PAINT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAINTING THE IN-
TERIOR OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH BUILDING, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BV THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AR WSAS t
SECTIOIT 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby auth-
orized and directed to advertise, take -bids for, and purchase
paint for the purpose of painting the interiDr of the Public
Health Building. The cost of such paint shall not exceed the
.sum of $450.00.
SECTIOAT 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
