WHEREAS, it became necessary for the Police Foroe of the City of
Little Rook to take certain action, and that their acts unavoidably
caused the loss of the property of Mark Woodley at 719 Abeles Street, and
WfEREAS, the said Mark Woodley should be compensated for the loss of
such property,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKMSASs
SECTION I. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of
the City of Little Rook the sum of 4800.00. Said money shall be paid to
hark Woodley, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue a warrant
of the City of Little Kook for the payment of said amount.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby directed to execute
such instruments as may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions s
of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
