AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONIES FROM THE
NEGRO PARK FUND FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF GILLAM PARK SWIM1V4ING POOL AND THE
ACCESSORIES THERETO, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
rt SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
Negro Park Fund the followipg� sums of money to be paid
to various persons and 'fir: i8' as partial payment for ser-

SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby

may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions of
this ordinance.
§ECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordin-
ance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
