ORDINANCE NO. 8487.,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3939 TO PERMIT THE PAVEMENT
OF NVN STREET BETWEEN McKINLEY STREET AND KINGWOOD PLACE AT A
WIDTH OF 27 FEET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
in the ordinance fixing the minimum width of Street
pavement in the City of Little Rock, the minimum width of pavement
on OVa Street between McKinley Street and Kingwood Place is fixed
at twenty four (24) feet, and
WHEREAS, the owners of property abutting on said street desire
to pave the same to a width of twenty seven (27) feet; NOW, THEREFORE,

BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.
That the width of the
pavement of
OVO Street between
'McKinley Street
and Kingwood Place is
hereby fixed
at twenty seven
(27) feet from
back of curb to back of curb.
SECTION 2.
Ordinance No. 3939 of
the ordinances
of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended to conform
to the provisione
of Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
