AN ORDINANCE ADOPTINNG AND APPROVING THE BAGLEY
MAP OF LITTLE ROCK AS THE ZONING MAP i DESIGNATING
THE DISTRIBUTION OF EACH COPY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES

WHEREAS, the original zoning map of the City of Little Rock has
.___ become worn and unusable, and
WHEREAS, the City has purchased three copies of the Bagley map
of the City of Little Rock upon which the zoning of all property
has been designated, which zoning has been verified by the
Planning Commission,
NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1. That the three (3) copies of the Bagley map
now owned by the City of Little Rock and upon which has been trans-
cribed the present zoning of all property and land within the City
of Little Rock are hereby approved and adopted as the official
zoning map of the City.
SECTION 2. The distribution of these maps are as follows:
one copy - City Clerk's office,
one copy - Planning Commission,
one copy - City Engineer's office.
SECTION 3. It shall be the duty of the Planning Commission
office to make the proper changes on each of the maps when the
City Council re -zones any property.
