ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTC
PURPOSES:
jig 1T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
/ SECTION 1. That Lot Six, Block Seven, Capitol View Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 216 DartmStreet, heretofore
classified and zoned as "l" Residence District order the terra of Zetning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby ressned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the teats of said
Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of Fads yard space requirements is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That ordinance No. 5,420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot Six, Block Seven, Capitol View Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof;
said property to ie to reafter ]nowt and classified as being in "C"
Two - Family District and with p14 space requirements waived as pro-
vided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
