X ORDINANCE No. 8491.
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING BLOCK 21, HANGERIS ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND BLOCK 20 DODGE ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSLSt
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Block 21, Hanger's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, and Block 2, Dodge Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being from 13th to 14th Street on the Batt side of Geyer
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two Family District
unifier the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same'is hereby declared to be in "H" Business
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Block 21, Hanger's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Block 2, Dodge Addition to the
Citycf Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "H"
Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
