ORDINANCE No. 84
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH 401 OF LOT 19 BLOCK 7,
CUNNINGHAM ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROQK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the North 401 of Lot 1, Block 7, Cunninghau

Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being SOX South Van
Buren Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and

reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Tiro- Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5,420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said North 401 of Lot 1, Block 7,
Cunningham Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
