ATT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND TO
PURCHASE ANIMALS FOR THE Z00 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKAITSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and directed to advertise,
take bids for, and to purchase animals for the Zoo.
SECTION 2. The total purchase price shall not exceed the sum
of Five Thousand Dollars 05,000.00).
