AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $5,091.50 FROM THE PARK
CONSTRUCTION FUND; APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $59929.88 FROM THE
AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$59091.50 from the Park Construction Fund, and the sum of $5,929.88
from the Airport Improvement Fund, for the payment of the following
bills:
PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in
the amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
