8505AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 8463 BY
INCREASING THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT TO BE EXPENDED
FOR THE PURCHASE OF BADGES FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT FROM $1,000.00 TO 01,200.00; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Ordinance No. 8463 in
Section 1 thereof reading:
"The cost of such badges shall not exceed the sum
of $1,000.0011,
be and the same is hereby amended to read:
"The cost of such badges shall not exceed the
sum of $1,200.00 ".
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
