AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 8062 BY
REPEALING SECTION FOUR (4) THEREOF WHICH
DESIGNATED THE CITY ATTORNEY TO SERVE AS THE
ATTORNEY FOR THE LITTLE, ROCK SANITARY SEWER
COMMITTEE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, That Section Four (4) of Ordinance No. 8062,
designating the 41ty Attorney to serve as the attorney for the
little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That all ordinance, and /or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
