AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE REQUMMNTS ON
THE EAST 1001 OF LOTS 7, 8, AND 9, BLOCK 261, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. 'That the East 1001 of Lots 7, S. and 9. Block 261,
_ar'91ft"City of Little Rock, "as, being 1006 West 6th Street,;
heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under the
ttirms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of yard space require-
ments is hereby granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the East 1001 of Lots 7, 8, and 9.
Block 261, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in

Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in "F" Commercial District and with yard space requirements

waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
