AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND TO PURCHASE TWO SIRENS FOR THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and to
purchase one 6 -volt siren and one 12 -volt siren for the use
of the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of each such siren shall not
exceed the sum of $150.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
