AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS FOR, AND TO PURCHASE TRAFFIC
LIGHT EQUIPMENT FOR CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS
WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for,
and to purchase traffic light equipment for the following
street intersections;
9th and Cumberland Streets
Markham and Barton Streets
Markham and Booker Streets
14th and Broadway Streets
14th and High Streets
9th and Rector Streets
SECTION 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
