ORDINANCE N0. 8510
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND LET A CONTRACT TO RE-ROCF THE
FINE ARTS BUILDING OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and to
let a contract for re- roofing the Fine Arts Building of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the contract price shall not exceed
the sum of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS.
