AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
$2, 000 F OR T71E PAYMENT OF
DR. JOHN BAUER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. THERE IS hereby appropriated the sum of Two
Thousand (2,000.00) Dollars fron the General Fund of the City
of Little Rock to be paid to Dr. John Bauer for his services
rendered on behalf of the City of Little Rock in the recent
rate case before the Public Service Cormission concerning the
increase proposed in the telephone rates by the Southwestern
Bell Telephone Company.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to take such steps and do such things as may
—neoeazary to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and
