STIFFT 1S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OT-1-7,R PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CCUI,CIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS."
SECTION 1. That Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), C. S. Stifftts
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 118 Johnson
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two -F arlily
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning N:ap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Five (5), Block Three
(3), C. S. Stifftts Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "_C41 Tvio -f artily District .
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its Massage.
