AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WATVING FRONT YARD SPACE REQUIREMEWS ON
LOT 15, BLOCK 2, RIFFEL & RHOTONTS RIDGELAND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING 0R. DINANCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 15, Block 2, Riffel & Rhoton's Ridgeland Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 307 North Elm Street, heretofore
Classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5/.20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two— Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space requirements is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of Lot 15, Block 2, Riffel & Rhoton's Ridgeland
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
"C" Two Family District and with front yard space requirements waived as
provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in farce
from and after its passage.
