AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT TERSE (3),BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18)., C. 0. BRACE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMRNDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
I SECTION 1. That Lot Three (3), Block Eighteen (18), C. 0. Brack
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3200 Fairpark Boulevard,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby ambnded to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Three (3), Block Eighteen
(18), C. 0. Brack Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classifidd as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
