AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE BOUTH ULF OF LOTS 10 2, and 3, BLACK SIX
(6), T. B. MARTIN'S ALATTION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ANUM -AS, AMENDING
ORDINA NO. 5420 AS AMEN=; AND FOR OTHER PQRPOSE9 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKUSIS:
SECTION 1. That the south half of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block Six (6),
T. B. Martina Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
1108 South 9almar Street, heretofore classified and zoned as /BR
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
RCR Two- Family District, under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,.
provided that mo existing structure now on the property shall be attached
to or made a part of amy structure now.upon or hereafter erected upon
the described property.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said south half of Lots 1, 2, and
3, Block Six (6), T. B. Martin's Addition to the City of Little Rook,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the RCN Two-Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
