LNG WAIVER OF YARD SPACE AND PERMISSION TO MAINTAIN
TWO BUILDINGS ON ONE LOT ON THE PWPSRPY AT 2600 WOLFS STBEBT, AND
RECLASSIFYING LOT TWELVB (12) and 15' OF LOT ELEVSN (11), BLOCK EIGHT
(8), MCCMTHYIS ADDITION TO THE CITY .OF LTTTLB ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS Ate; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 8279, passed April 24, 1950., .
granting waiver of yard space requirements and permission to maintain
two buildings on one lot on the property at 2600 Wolfe Street, be
repealed, and that Lot Twelve (12) and 151 of Lot Eleven (11), Block
Eight (8), McCarthy's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 2600 Wolfe Street, heretofore diassified and zoned as "B*
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51+20, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "C* Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and Ha de a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Twelve (12) and 151 of
Lot Eleven (11), Block Eight (8), McCarthy's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof} said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the *C* Two - Family
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
