BLOM 1423, DUVALL'S ADDITION TO TER CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMMIRG
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS J AND FM OTHER ES
BE IT ORDLIM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKMAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot One (1) and north one -half of Lot Tiro (2),
Block 423, DaVall's Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, being
1901 Main Street, heretofore classified and zoned as eD" Apartment
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the 88449 is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot One (1) and north one -half
of Lot Two (2), Block 423, DuVall's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
]mown and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
