AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $24,188.77 FROM THE AIRPORT
IMPROVEMENT FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$24,188.77 from the Airport Improvement Fund, for the payment
of the . following bill:
AIRPORT IMPROVEIIIENT FUND:
Artie Gregory, Contractor $24,188.77
'$ZCTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
.y�3rected to issue the City's warrant to the party named, in
%- -the amount mentioned and drawn upon the fund as noted in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
