AN ORDINANCE CREATING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT
CITY ATTORNEY, iNITH THE SALARY THEREOF, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 7265 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created, in addition to those
positions established by Ordinance No. 7265, an additional
position of Assistant City Attorney.
SECTION 2. The salary for the additional position created by
Section 1. hereof shall be One Hundred and Ninety Dollars per

month, and the person who fills said position shall be selected
by the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 7265 is hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after January 1, 1951.
