AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWENTY -FIVE
DOLLARS ($25.00) PER MONTH TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSE OF
THE CITY PLANNING DIRECTOR FOR THE USE OF HIS
PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 7890,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS: ,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the' sum-.of
Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) per month to reimburse t1t, City
Planning Director for expense incurred by him in the uae :of
his private automobile while on official business for the

City of Little Rock.

SECTION 2. The proper city* officials are_] ereby
authorized to make payment to the City Planning Director of
said Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) per month.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 7890 is hereby amended
to conform to the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
