AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHTY -TINO
DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($82.50) PER MONTH TO
DEFRAY HALF THE EXPENSE OF THE OFFICE RENT OF THE
CITY ATTORNEY AND HIS STAFF, REPEALING ORDINANNCE
No. 6148, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the stun
of Eighty -Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($82.50) per month
to reimburse the City Attorney for one -half the rent
incurred by him in renting the premises at 721 Pyramid
Building for himself and his staff.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized to make payments to the said City Attorney in
the sum of Eighty -Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($82.50) per
month.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 6148 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. All ordinances.or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 1951.
