AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1603 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 7888 BY PERMITTING THE
EXTENSION OF AN EXISTING TYPE V BUILDING
LOCATED IN FIRE ZONE II AND AT ASHER
AVENUE AND CEDAR STREET; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That Section 1603 of Ordinance No. 7888 be
and the samGf'is hereby amended to permit the extension of a
,,Type V • building located at Asher Avenue and Cedar'. Street .
Said extension is to be a 10 x 60 foot addition.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
'shall be in' full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
