ORDINANCE NO. 8566
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR, AND TO PURCHASE 31500 FEET OF HOSE
FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CIriTY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and to
purchase 2,500 feet of 22 inch double jacket hose and 1,000
feet of 12 inch double jacket hose for the use of the Fire
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
