AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE PORTIONS OF CERTAIN STREETS AND
AVENUES LOCATED WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION TO
THE, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,

',;JHEREAS, the following described portions of the following
described streets and avenues, to -wit:
1. East 7th St., from the east line of Cornish St. to the west line
of Picron Ave.
2. Selma & Kirspel Aves., from the north line of East 9th St. to the
south line of East 6th St.
3. Lucille Ave. from the north line of East 9th St. to its intersec-
tion with the west line of Picron Ave.
All in Industrial Park Addition to the City of Little Kock, Arkansas;
are not required for corporate purposes; and
u01HTEREAS, public interest and welfare will not be adversely
affected by the abandonment of said portions of said streets and
avenues:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the streets and avenues designated as
follows :
All that portion of the streets and avenues designated on the
Plat of the industrial Park Addition to the City of Little Rock now
appearing; of record in Plat Book 2 at pages 162 and 163, in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, to -wit:
1. East 7th St., from the east line of Cornish St. to the west line
of Picron Ave.
2. Selma & Kirspel Aves., from the north line of East 9th St. to the
south line of Last 6th St.
3. Lucille Ave. from the north line of 'Last 9th St. to its intersec-
tion with the west line of Picron Ave.
All in Industrial Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Section 2, A copy of this ordinance, dull certif ied by the
City Clerk, shall_ be filed in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County and recorded in the deed records of the county.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
