ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF A CONTROL TOWER AT
THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, RAKING THE AIRPORT COMidIISSION
FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FURTHER It+MVEMTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE 8569, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. J
WitWAS)it was the intent of the City Council of the
°i Lit1e Rock, Arkansas that certain contracts entered into
prior to January 1, 1951, relative to improvement at the Airport b
paid from the general fund, and;
WHEREAS.it was the intention of the City Council that a fund of
$110,889.51, known as the Airport Improveme� Fund be left intact for
use on improvements on the Airport.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That funds are hereby appropriated in the amount
of $15,500.00, to cover the cost of ionstrudtion of the Control Tower
at the the Rock Municipal Airport.
SECTION 2. That fends are hersbT appropriated in the iaov t of
$2,493.00, to cover the cost of-weatherproofing the Administration Building
at the Little Rock Municipal Airport.
SECTION 3. That the above funds appropriated be turned over to the
Airport Commission for the payment of said obligations which were contracted
for bar the City prior to January 1, 1951.
SECTION 4. That said Airport Commission be fully responsible for
payments of all obligations in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 8569.
SECTION 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith

SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
