PING ALL EXCEPT THE NORTH 501 OF LOTS 19, 20,

CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE 110. 5420 AS AMENDED
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That all except the north 501 of Lots 19, 20, and 21,
Block 5, and the east 1861 of Block 7, Oakhurst Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3124 Madison Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "C" Two- Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said "all except the North 501
of Lots 19, 20, and 21, Block 5, and East 186, of Block 7, Oakhurst
Addition" to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
