AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 12, BLOCK 1, T. B. MARTIN'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 7148;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3400 West 10th Street,
heretofore reclassified and rezoned as "C" Two- Family District under
the terms of Ordinance No. 7148, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "B" Residence District,
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
reclassify and rezone the said Lot 12, Block 1, T. B. Martin's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "B" Residence District.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 7148, passed November 25, 1946
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
