AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SIX (6), BLOCK FOUR (4), W. B. WORTHEN
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT CRDAINBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), W. B. Worthen
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4023 West 12th
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in •F" Commercial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5,420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot Six (6), Block Four (4),
W. B. Worthen Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
