AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST HALF OF LOT 11 AND LOT 12, BLOCK
FIFTY -ONE (51), BRADDOCKIS BOULEVARD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDLIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the east half of Lot 11 sad hot 12, Block Fifty -ens,;
(51), Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 1208 West 36th Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B"
Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/*20, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said east half of Lot 11 and Lot 12,
Block Fifty -one (51), Braddock's Boulevard Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
