ORDINANCE NO. 8587
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 32 FEET OF LOT 6 AND THE SOUTH 43.5
FEET OF THE WEST 32 FEET OF LOT 5, BLOCK 304, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the west 32 feet of Lot 6 and the south 43.5 feet
of the west 32 feet of Lot 5, Block 304, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 1222 West 6th Street, heretofore classified and zoned

as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420

is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
• SECTION 2, That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto

attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said west 32 feet of Lot 6 and the
south 43.5 feet of the west 32 feet of Lot 5, Block 304, Original City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known "
and classified as being in the "F Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
